About the role
We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard, guide, and grow customer relationships. You’ll be the trusted advisor to our users, ensuring they adopt MeetNotes effectively and achieve long-term success.
What you’ll do
Own the onboarding and training journey for new customers
Proactively manage accounts to ensure adoption and retention
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities
Partner with product to bring customer feedback into the roadmap
Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization
Who you are
2+ years in customer success/account management for SaaS
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Empathetic problem-solver with customer-first mindset
Experience in productivity or AI tools a plus
Excited to help customers succeed and grow with the product
