About the role

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to onboard, guide, and grow customer relationships. You’ll be the trusted advisor to our users, ensuring they adopt MeetNotes effectively and achieve long-term success.

What you’ll do

  • Own the onboarding and training journey for new customers

  • Proactively manage accounts to ensure adoption and retention

  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities

  • Partner with product to bring customer feedback into the roadmap

  • Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization

Who you are

  • 2+ years in customer success/account management for SaaS

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Empathetic problem-solver with customer-first mindset

  • Experience in productivity or AI tools a plus

  • Excited to help customers succeed and grow with the product
